Although I’ve had the privilege of being a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a research doctorate in nursing and the honor of achieving triple board certifications, it’s the lessons from over 20 years as a primary care provider that truly guide me. I’m always learning and am now dedicating my journey to the field of mental health. My goal is simple: to be there and provide genuine support for those navigating their mental well-being.
